Yes, it is safe. First of all, I can’t stress enough that this doll is really heavy, even though it is realistic. It is very clumsy, but can hold any pose you want, preferably a good one. If it falls off, it’s a wrecking ball. I’ve had my doll for a few months now and it’s worth it! My friend and I named her Melody. I chose this body after a lot of consideration and I am very happy with my choice. Her breasts are very big and I think they look better/more real when they are leaning against something or look heavier.
