Yes, the customer service is very pleasing! My doll is beautiful and perfect. Almost 100% realistic! The face is exquisite, the body is curvy and soft, and the weight is just right. The customer service staff was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. They helped me make sure all the details were correct for me. I had an unforeseen problem with my order after it was delivered and they went above and beyond to fix it! I am so happy. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much!
